The EVRoaming Foundation is growing! We're excited to welcome @googlemaps as a new Managing Contributor, working with our team to help develop the @OCPIprotocol - the leading open standard to make it easier for drivers to find EV charging and access information wherever they are.

Also in USA roaming and connected networks becomes reality. @SemaConnect joined the @evroaming foundation to support and improve @OCPIprotocol. SemaConnect is the leading provider of electric vehicle amenities to the North American commercial and residential property market.

3 Companies joined the @evroaming foundation. To start with @OptimileEU. They join the EVRoaming Foundation to assist with the development of OCPI and to work together on a better accessible #EV charge infra network in Europe and abroad.

The EVRoaming foundation started the first independent #Roaming Agreement pool. As foundation we will support setting up (trusted) agreements between parties, for either Peer 2 Peer usage or via a (virtual) roaming Hub. Available for all Full Contributors of the foundation.

The EVRoaming Foundation is now official Observer of the Sustainable Transport Forum (STF) from the European Commission, for the sub-group "Governance and standards for communication exchange in the electromobility ecosystem". See also: linkedin.com/posts/evroamin…

@FreshmileDirect and @Chargemap connect now directly through @OCPIprotocol. This way over 7000 chargers are now accessible via the Chargemap pass in France. This will help a lot of #EV drivers in France.
