We've been training GH external rotation capacity and positional shoulder neuromuscular control the past few weeks, with some evident payoff (demonstrations coming soon). The integration of therapy, training, and assessment using @proplayai has played a major role in this.

ICYMI, Royals alum Evan Kiser pitched in last weekend’s IBL #LegacyClassic for @GuelphRoyals as they took on @LondonMajors. The special exhibition game was played to preserve the World Record (@GWR) streak of 144 seasons (1877) of baseball played at Labatt Memorial Park.

Shoutout to the @londonmajors & @guelphroyals for keeping the old ball game alive at the #LabattMemorialPark! Their ⚾️ season was cancelled but the teams played a special game last week to preserve a 144-year streak in the world's longest continuously operating baseball grounds!
