3 years ago today I was dragged off a bridge by Police. Today, I spoke to @StaffsPolice ACC & 14 Negotiators about the day I jumped off a bridge, my recovery & interactions with Police. I never dreamed I could one day help others like this, but I promise, recovery is possible.

Today we honour the memory of our colleague PC Patrick Dunne, who died on this day in 1993, aged 44. He was killed when he went to investigate the sound of gunfire in Cato Road, Clapham. When he arrived at the scene he was sadly fatally shot. #LestWeForget
