What I find most interesting is that both Zellij and NFTs share something in common: Authenticity. Just as no handcrafted Zellij mosaic is exactly the same, each @ZelijOrigins piece carries its own identity on-chain. Traditional uniqueness. Digital uniqueness. Two worlds connect

Fast forward to Web3. While many NFT collections focus on trends, @ZelijOrigins draws inspiration from a craft that has survived for over 1,000 years. 888 unique 1/1 pieces inspired by one of Morocco's most celebrated artistic traditions. History meets digital ownership. 🔷

For centuries, these patterns decorated Moroccan palaces, mosques, fountains, and historical landmarks. More than architecture, they became symbols of heritage, identity, and the idea of infinity through repeating geometric designs. A culture preserved through stone and clay. 🕌

What makes Zellij fascinating is its mathematics. Many designs are built using stars, polygons, and geometric tessellations that fit together perfectly without gaps. Some patterns contain 8, 12, 16, or even more intricate star formations. Art and engineering working as one. ⭐

Zellij is more than decoration. Each mosaic is handcrafted from glazed terracotta tiles, carefully cut and assembled by master artisans known as Maalems. Every piece requires patience, precision, and years of experience. No shortcuts. No machines. Just craftsmanship. 🎨
