Arkansas is actually known for people who are very full of crap to be quite honest. I'm not surprised about this incident by a bunch of fools who decided to open small restaurant. The state is quite liberal actually, not only Little Rock but Northwest AR is really becoming very liberal because of Walton family culture and the university. Very hight tax state too. Thought about moving near Bentonville because there's land and the airport nearby is great...but after looking at income tax, property tax, sales tax and fees and more taxes and more fees...I said nope.

Billionaires don't have billions of dollars in cash. They'd have to sell assets and the value of those assets will drop in value. But the "billionaires" don't really care too much because the companies the run can just pay themselves in stock and their company can simply print more shares of stock...which will in turn cause more devaluation of everyone else's retirement savings in mutual funds, index funds and individual stocks. The bottom line is that the billionaires will continue to be very wealthy and everyone else will suffer greatly. That will in fact be the result of taxing the "billionaires".
