Small account traders don't overtrade because they're undisciplined. They overtrade because one good trade on a $1,000 account makes $15. To make $500 in a week you need 33 winning trades at that size. So you take every setup. You widen your criteria. You force trades. The problem isn't your process. It's that your account size is breaking it.

$BTC OI picking up during this chop, funding is still negative which tells me spot buyer aka Saylor is still active and shorts are stacking up.
Coinbase premium has decreased a bit but think it's gonna increase again during NY session.
My plan is to wait for FOMC and don't get chopped here flip flopping, around 76K i will try to short, that's a system based trade and not because of bias or Powel, let's see.

Your volume delta is missing the actual setup.
They didn't just close their longs, they revenge-shorted the hole. Retail Net Open Position plummeted to -542 the second price dropped from that wick.
They are literally providing the liquidity fuel to push the price right back through that zone.
