Any lore experts who know anything about Arcadia. Currently dissecting his lore. Obv Kaeya mentions it but it's also mentioned in Ann's questline(makes him more suspicious) but it's absolutely nowhere else in the game.

In Greek mythology, it's considered an isolated lush utopia, compared to the garden of eden. One of the only places in genshin that fit this description is the Eternal Oasis (Orchard of Pairidaeza) in the sumeru desert. So it fits Ann's Arcadia but not Kaeya's Arcadian ruins.
