Hi, @pulpliveworld we know how crucial EXO ticketing is, but most replies here from this tweet haven’t secured their tickets despite entering within a minute or two after the site opened. Can we humbly and kindly ask if this is as fair as it is? Doing a pre-sale with a very limited number of tickets no longer feels like a real chance or opportunity, it’s been giving many fans a difficult and disheartening experience. We truly understand that demand is high and that organizing events like this comes with many challenges. However, we hope there could be more transparency in the ticket allocation, system flow, and availability so fans can feel assured that everyone is given a fair opportunity. We are simply asking for clarity and consideration, especially for those who prepared early and followed the process diligently. We deeply appreciate your efforts in bringing EXO to Manila.
