We just got a lovely story from our room mate here about how when he was being shipped out for the war they all had to get antibiotic shots "in case we had the clap" because "you know how it is after a night on the town." 😂😂

@exoticcheeto I get hay fever headaches some years but other years I'm totally fine even though the pollen count can be high in each year? Avoid stress is key but easier said than done!

I've had a headache all damn day. Thought it was dehydration, drank 3 big bottles of water, nothing. On to plan #2: CAFFIEEENNNEEEE

@0DegreesCelsius I get a lot of pressure headaches from my allergies/the weather. I rarely take meds unless it's completely intolerable though.

@exoticcheeto What works for me is when I get a headache I just take a 'large' one off dose of Co-Codamol n Paracetamol .. It obviously clears headache fast but next day it stays gone. I don't keep taking it .. it's just one heavy dose. Lack of sleep and pressure/stress all bring on headaches.
