@exploraX_ The biggest advantage right now often comes from combining AI leverage with consistent execution and distribution.

5 AI business models that can earn you 6-7 figs yearly. solo. no VC. no team. no permission required. 1. AI influencer post daily about AI in a sub-niche. build trust over 12 months. monetize through brand deals, your own products, eventually your own company. 2. AI engineer the highest skill, highest pay path. big tech pays up to $350k/year. solo freelance hits $100-300/hour. you build the AI systems companies pay six figures to keep running. 3. AI automation wire AI into a business's existing workflows. leads, invoices, support tickets, content. $500-5k per build, $1-5k/month retainers. five clients at $3k = $15k MRR. 4. selling websites build local business sites with Claude Code, sell them via cold calling. $500-3k per build + monthly retainer. building is easy, selling is the moat. 5. AI app / micro-SaaS ship a niche tool, charge $10-49/month, repeat. ship 20 things knowing 19 will die. the one that hits changes your life. the overhang is closing. AI can already do far more than most people realize, and the gap is where the money is. one of these probably made you flinch. that's the one. full guide is quoted below.

@leanxbt honestly, each of them comes with its own challenges but for the question I’d say selling websites. the difficult part of selling websites is getting people to pay for your services and if you can upskill in cold calling. you’d have it more easier

@MindTheGapMTG of course that’s why many agency that build automation system still have a maintenance fees yearly, monthly etc

@exploraX_ AI automation sounds great but real margin is maintenance, not builds. One-time builds are commodity. Keeping agents alive, handling drift, debugging silent failures at 3 AM - that's where retainers justify themselves. The build is a weekend. Maintenance is the business.

The influencer model works, but nobody talks about the timing problem. The people pulling 6-7 figs from it started 2-3 years ago when the AI space had actual room. Now you need a sharper point of view just to get heard. The model still works — the entry cost is just higher than the thread makes it look.

@MindTheGapMTG yeah I agree, the orchestration layer is perhaps the most important thing.

@exploraX_ One person isn't accurate either. It's one person plus constraint architecture. The agent isn't the employee. The config file defining its boundaries is. People focus on agent count when the real leverage is in the governance layer.

@saichand the overhang is just too large, and that’s the advantage that people that know about these things have to make the most off it.

read the whole thing - that agentic automation section hits different most people still think AI = chatbot when the real money is in orchestrating multiple agents to handle entire workflows been testing this with reward optimization systems and the ROI is insane compared to manual work which one are you building first?
