@leanxbt honestly, each of them comes with its own challenges but for the question I’d say selling websites. the difficult part of selling websites is getting people to pay for your services and if you can upskill in cold calling. you’d have it more easier

@exploraX_ AI automation sounds great but real margin is maintenance, not builds. One-time builds are commodity. Keeping agents alive, handling drift, debugging silent failures at 3 AM - that's where retainers justify themselves. The build is a weekend. Maintenance is the business.

The influencer model works, but nobody talks about the timing problem. The people pulling 6-7 figs from it started 2-3 years ago when the AI space had actual room. Now you need a sharper point of view just to get heard. The model still works — the entry cost is just higher than the thread makes it look.

@exploraX_ One person isn't accurate either. It's one person plus constraint architecture. The agent isn't the employee. The config file defining its boundaries is. People focus on agent count when the real leverage is in the governance layer.
