Solutions > Problems In season schedule has changed our weekly lift for 13U @orlandparkas from an hour to 20 minutes before they head straight to the field. No biggie. We treat it like game day. Stimulate, compete, and get out. Even had time for plyos 🙌🏻

Training COD means we take into consideration cognitive decision making, perception, accel/decel, linear/lateral movement That’s virtually impossible to replicate with cones. Here’s a game we play to work COD and generate some competition 🔥🔥 @orlandparkas @S2_Breakthrough
