@exuberantspinds It’s well worth it to sign up at a basic VA or PF if you gym regularly. Those monthly fees are heavily discounted if you meet your monthly goals. Almost like paying nothing

@exuberantspinds @Vitality_SA If you own a partnered fitness watch, you can train anywhere and earn between 100 and 300 points, depending on the duration and intensity of the workout.

@thatcoffeefella Oh my gosh thank you so much. So the 300 points are only if one gyms at a virgin active or PF specifically? It doesn’t matter that I go to a regular gym, log my workout on my app and watch and sync it to discovery?

@exuberantspinds @Vitality_SA You need a smart watch that tracks your steps. 5000 steps will give you 50 points, 10,000 steps will give you 100 points. Your watch must be linked Discovery App. Alternatively, check in at VA or PF for a 1 hr gym session will give 300 points.
