@k_seguun13 I mean, it's definitely on the new writers that do it. They just do it, to avoid making anyone the "bad guy" in the relationship. After all, a breakup means conflict so someone has to be wrong and the writer doesn't want to make either characters that especially if they're named

@Not_Merritz Idk why people go to such extreme one way or another for the show. No one is advocating for a true filler episode with no character progression. Most people just want more meaningful character interactions, which is totally possible, even in a "filler" episode

@CopperKnight8 In that case, I think best way would be to have him graduate. I think if Miles was in college you could have higher personal stakes that aren't just putting his family in danger again, and new status quo means more ways to complicate his civilian life.

I think the main things I’d want for the next miles run is 1. Bigger stakes 2. Expanding on the ore established villains and characters instead of constantly adding new characters 3. No suit switch halfway through 4. Makes miles hungry again

The whole point was to show that the heteromorphs did have legitimate grievances against soicety, but their justified anger was being used not to actually progress their cause but was being co-opted by an outside force to benefit regular people
