@piecesofaman22@Myguy_george@RealSkipBayless This is the only time I ever even watch soccer. Get off my nuts.. All of your posts are u complaining on other men’s twitter posts. Ur an embarrassment to men. Shut it.
Still the craziest thing about soccer is that the announcers (and in turn viewers) aren't sure how much stoppage time is left in a game. Imagine watching a down-to-the-wire NFL game in which you weren't exactly sure how much time was left and waited for refs to wave their arms.
@Myguy_george@RealSkipBayless Then why was the first half blown at the exact moment extra stoppage time ended but the end of the game wasn’t?? and it’s not like that’s common practice. There’s been games this World Cup where they give extra stoppage time to end the 1st half. Make it make sense.
@RealSkipBayless if you are familiar with the sport, then you have a good idea of when the ref will call it and most times which scenarios will be allowed to come to fruition. Saying viewers aren’t sure how much time is left is inaccurate as the majority (actual watchers) do have a strong idea
Turkey player was offsides, goal shouldn’t have counted. #FifaRefs in turkey USA game we’re terrible.. blew the whistle exactly at the end of extra time in first half when USA had momentum. But turkey gets a whole extra mins how is that not BS.
This has got to be the worst world cup officiating I have ever witnessed. It's obvious this scumbag ref for this USA Turkey game was rigged. Anytime the US had momentum the ref would blow the whistle for a us player simply breathing near a turkey player.
@ChavezRavine7@PeterAppel23 Man I’m a dodger fan. I enjoy watching the giants embarrass themselves. My point is they didn’t even try to do the little things necessary to try n tie the game up.
@PHXFansAZ Ur excluding things Like hotels/ Restaurants around arena. they also own regional tv and radio stations, so ur completely missing the bigger picture here. Even if a team is -20 mil. They make hundreds of millions more from side business, n borrowable equity when net worth rises.
For the ignorant here, it costs at least $100M annually to run a franchise, excluding player salaries.
That means you can add $100M-175M to the player payroll expense. These teams don’t make what you think they make.
