The court also ordered the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to immediately return the election IT staff, servers, databases, software, and websites it unlawfully seized from the Recorder's Office.

There are petition circulators in AZ aggressively LYING to the public saying that their petitions are “to provide oversight to ESA”. Let me be very clear: THEY INTEND TO GET RID OF ESA!! Do NOT sign any petitions. They are lying to you! I just haven’t caught them on camera yet.
