the future AI skill is not memorizing prompt hacks. it’s delegation. can you explain what you want clearly enough that a very powerful system doesn’t confidently run in the wrong direction? that’s the skill.

the funniest criticism of prompt tools is: “so you’re using AI to write prompts for AI?” fair. but that’s not really the problem. the problem is most people don’t know what to give AI before asking it to help.

my take: the next advantage won’t be who uses the newest AI tool. everyone will. the advantage will be who gives AI better instructions. models are becoming powerful. but vague intent is still vague intent.

everyone is arguing about: Cursor vs Claude Code Claude Code vs Codex Codex vs Windsurf which model is smarter which agent writes better code but i think the real bottleneck is not the tool. it’s the instruction layer.
