All services are back online in our new datacenter. We want to be clear: we never used our servers for mining, our previous datacenter mistakenly flagged our activity and shut down our servers without any prior notice, which was extremely unprofessional and caused this disruption. In the new datacenter everything is stable and running normally again, but our server costs have increased, so we'll need more financial support from the community to keep services running and growing. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and continued support.

Unfortunately, our datacenter has temporarily suspended our servers due to a misunderstanding. They mistakenly assumed the high CPU usage and outgoing Bitcoin-related traffic meant our servers were being used for mining. In reality, this activity is related to normal exchange operations. As you know, due to the low sell-out of our FTK sale, we currently operate with only a few servers hosted in a single datacenter. We are already in active discussions with them to resolve the issue and bring our servers back online as soon as possible. All data is fully backed up, everything is safe, and there is no cause for concern.

We are continuing coordination with our infrastructure provider. All internal systems remain intact and secure. We'll publish the next update once there is a concrete change or restoration timeline. Thank you for your patience.
