Had the pleasure of having @F3Tuscaloosa Nant'an "Wally" as our Q for the day. 10 CATS homage to the late Ozzy Ozborne tackled a Wild Wally Wednesday. We warmed up the normal way and then moseyed to the front of the school, where the Yota awaited stocked with coupons.

17 wildcats including 2 FNGs played Burpee Blitzball. Hitting team had to do 5 burpees every time they came in to hit. And to be safe on a hit had to do 5 air squats at first or third and 5 merkins at 2nd and home. Fielding team had to do 5 monkey humpers before throwing the ball

A boomhauer Dirty dozen got after it this morning! Headed to the field for some 4 corners. Corner #1 was a squat superset, #2 10 navy seals down to 1 w a hip thrust at the end of each set, #3 1-5 diamond lateral push up burpee ladder, #4 “you like that’s”

14 WILDCATS battled it out on the courts behind NIS this morning. Team @Special Teams and Team @Mayham (Jay Moyer) shared the crown both going 2-0-1 in the round robin. I knew my team was done for when Mayham dribbled past me for a reverse layup.

Message was about parenting and being invested in the long term with these kids. Too many parents (myself included) are tempted with short term solutions that aren’t always best for the kids. We’re raising adults that happen to be children at the moment.

Big week for F3 Tuscaloosa this week. Including 2 VQ’s. The wildcat on Monday has stinger leading 5:30-6:15. With a gunnership starting at 5:00am. And then a VQ on Wednesday. Love to see more guys embracing their role as HIM. #f3nation #freedtolead #f3tuscaloosa
