tweaked around with the saturation a bit, and i think this looks significantly better

drawing again after so long feels so good 🥹 i wanna try getting back into more trad art as well, i tried doing so but im so rusty i back off everytime because i cant produce anything slightly decent lmfao,,, but i guess that wont change if i dont draw at all

also, i used a VERY low quality image for the reference so i missed out on a lot of details and misinterpreted some shapes it seems 😭 will keep that in mind i think the only factor putting apart the two pictures is really the saturation of the colors too, gotta work on that

pinterest study i did. tried blocking in bigger shapes and recognizing negative space in art and focusing on the bigger picture before diving into details. didnt trace and i picked all the colors myself as well. could improve saturation. (goal wasn't coloring though)
