@fPearspective DBD does not always see an increase during 2v8. Stop coping to try and make 2v8 seem better than it is.

2v8 as unranked. rename 1v4 to ranked. Better balancing, create fancys portraits, leaderboard, boost bloodpoints and have 2v8 be your testing chaos ground(giving trapper an extra trap). As much as I miss 2m killer queues the dbd community does seem to enjoy 2v8

@fPearspective First: idk wha .ore means 2nd: true, I’d immediately be more interested if sadako or skull merchant were in cuz I enjoy both of them, moreso for the design/character than gameplay 3rd: legion could work if the legion-oni combo was banned cuz the new healer class is nuts tbfh

@fPearspective Bruh no. It's dumb. There are casual who also enjoy the 1vs4 and want to play casually, not sweat on rank. Besides 2vs8 is never gonna be testing ground for changes for 1vs4 because it's a different game

@Pumpy1984 with this they'd be adding .ore to the roster. I agree they need more characters

@fPearspective i find 2v8 extremely mid cuz i enjoy maybe a single killer on the roster, the only other one i liked was removed because of complaints, so if 2v8 was standard there wouldnt be a reason to play the game cuz id have to wait 15 plus minutes to play 1 legion game to get beat in

@farben2002 Its in regards to the discussion on how DbD could incorporate a ranked mode. Its essentially rebranding 1v4 as ranked mode.

I really hope that for the 10th year they take a harsh look at the bloodpoint economy and it evolves. The sheer size of the roster ☑☑ but we are in a BP economy from a game of past with a roster that has its own separated inventory and countless bloodpoint sinks.
