NEW: Senator Laphonza Butler (D-CA) is asking the Biden admin for more FEMA taxpayer money to provide more shelter beds in San Diego after the county migrant shelter there ran out of funding. She says 800-1000 migrants per day will be mass released there without intervention. A reminder, CA is a sanctuary state and could provide state funding to assist San Diego, but Senator Butler is asking for federal money through FEMA’s SSP (Shelter and Services Program), which is handed out to NGOs via grants.

The housing rental market is absolutely FUCKED.
We've been reporting cracks in vacancy rates for over 6 months. Its ugly, we're talking highest levels in 5 years ugly.
We're talking so ugly that ApartmentList altered it's measurement methodology to lower the reported vacancy rate pretending new properties being finished don't count.
Phoenix will likely hit an ALL TIME record level of evictions in October.
The data below doesn't show the 3 months FREE RENT being offered at many apartments across the country.
And guess what? We have the most homes under construction IN HISTORY.

@Mr28trades I've been trying to learn how to identify when to average down vs cutting a loss. Seen so many trades turn 100% around by EOD, but also have seen some that never ever recover. Has been the hardest part of learning to trade so far.

The emotional/mental state we fall under when we average down on a loosing trade is very interesting. Fighting the outcome by adding more positions as if it’ll drive up the price lol pure insanity and recklessness.
After looking at my entries I look like I was a trader with a good solid 3 days of experience trading. This loss was 100% driven by my bias.
