I know you're smart enough, but I just wanna say for anyone else... as someone who was a creator in a seperate space DO NOT accept shit like this, no matter how down bad you are. All it does is lower the ceiling over time, other brands realise they can pay less and less and the people being paid appropriately will eventually get paid less, which means also capping yourself in the future
