@AdamQJSmith @MattBinder If Elon’s intention is to recreate WeChat, maybe he shouldn’t have bought Twitter in the first place. For majority of its users, Twitter doesn’t have any of their financial related info, so even if Elon bought Twitter for its users, he should have better alternatives.

Elon should have plotted for X's launch to be swift and comprehensive, not gradual as we're seeing. The new logo should have been rolled out simultaneously across all platforms - desktop, mobile, and signage. Beyond the logo, if the intent is to rival WeChat, I understand the need to distinguish this expanded platform from the original Twitter. But renaming and repositioning Twitter before thoroughly testing and validating the new, extensive product features seems premature. Research and beta testing should confirm whether users actually want and will use banking, shopping, and other additions within this app before fully committing to this vision.

我发现我虽然同一个城市生活了很多年，依然会是不是感觉到物是人非。一个城市太大了，每次搬家每次换工作，每次生活状态有变化，都会彻底改变经常光顾的店家。以前下班路上每天经过小东京，现在一年也去不了一次，上日语课的学校换了好几波老师了，喜欢的餐厅关了一个又一个，每次去都觉得陌生。
