If you don't mind missing some peaks you can get a decent spectrum in just some 2 hours at pH 6 and 308K.
And at pH 3.8, 318 K (in which the published assignments are available, coming from a labeled sample) you get super nice spectra in just 1 hour!

pH titrations by NMR look nice. This is 3mM lysozyme at natural 15N abundance acquired with SOFAST-HMQC in 6 hours per spectrum. #NMRchat
