Quick update about the connection issue. Our team has been working hard to get to the bottom of the connection issue. While investigating, we were able to identify some of the underlying causes, but the problem is layered and complex. Because of that, we don’t yet have a complete fix ready. We want to make sure that when we roll out a solution, it truly resolves the issue for everyone. Right now, we can see that about one in six players is affected. For some, repeated attempts eventually allow them to join, but for others certain servers remain completely inaccessible. This inconsistency is what the team is focusing on understanding and addressing. The team will continue digging into this throughout the evening and weekend to get closer to a resolution. We know how frustrating it is to deal with interruptions when all you want to do is play, and we deeply appreciate your patience and support as we work on this. At this time we can’t provide an exact ETA, but we’ll keep sharing updates as soon as we have them. Please keep an eye on our channels for the latest information.
