@ftmshinji It's alright. Chronic doesn't have to mean forever. Just small steps👍🏽 Also finding the right community helps a ton. And yes.. life sucks. We don't need to fight this idea:)

@faceurvoid tbh I think all the reasons can be cured but me having GID is what makes my illness chronic

the shit everyone around you tell you when you're being bullied for being too nice to everyone just for your bullies to tell you years later that you actually never hurt them but they just wanted to find someone vulnerable enough to bully:

@ftmshinji I don't think it's a sole reason. I could be wrong but life is more complicated and our bodies work in weird ways that I can't even understand. I also spent years trying to find "the" reason, but it doesn't exist in this reality. Don't be harsh on yourself if it's more than one👍🏽

@faceurvoid I spent years thinking that was the sole reason I had chronic depression too but i now think it was just what triggered it
