@agazdecki Marketing cannot be overlooked though, since the product solves an industry based problem, that means it’s scalable to other firms in the same industry. You learn as you go.

@agazdecki In the very beginning, we built a product hoping to find customers but that didn’t work out well. Then we shifted to building products with customers, that is hear their pain points and build a product that removes the bottlenecks. This is what worked and revenue is guaranteed.

Friendly reminder that if you build a great product with zero marketing customers will not just randomly find your startup.
