@styrofoamcrispy his 4T and 4S are just serviceable jumps to me, like they’re not special to ilia in how he jumps them and makes them look good. his 4Lz and 4F however are stunning, and given how fast he rotates, he absolutely could make either of them quints

@fadein2thenight His 4T and 4S also to me seems on the lower end of height compared to other male skaters (maybe It's just me) but he's a very fast rotator so he makes up for the height. Like when s*levko or adam siao jump 4T they SOAR into the sky. But ilia's 4Lz and 4F is high af like 4A

more convinced about this theory everyday. 5T and 5S would hypothetically be the easiest but i just don’t think ilia actually has the height and ice coverage in his 4T or 4S to achieve them. his 4Lz is so floaty that i can completely see how he would add another rotation

If he ever landed a quintuple jump. It's not exactly crazy that 5Lz could be one of it. Look at the ice coverage and height of that 4Lz. He's one of the only skater who did textbook Lz too (deep outer edge and pure toepick).
