@ruebirdzz i have endometriosis on my bowels so i think that’s contributed to the constipation as well as fasting. (i am in the process of getting the endo looked into) but i took some lax to soften everything up and it worked!

@faekca regardless 10 days no bowel movement is still longer than normal and i'd recommend trying to get in with your doctor. but look into miralax it's gentler than stimulant laxatives.
