the rage i hold for my mother is enough to power the grid for all of europe to have air conditioning

ate 735kcal, burnt 450 kcal so i only had 285kcal today tried to burn more but i felt stuck and hopeless and walking in my room didnt help a lot

does ‘walking’ in the same spot work in getting your steps in/burning calories?

she said ill get a different therapist so she has new insights but the therapist isnt replying to the mails about when i could see her and my bf left today and now im all alone with these thoughts and no help, no diagnosis, just me, my thoughts and my cat. i wont ever get better

ive basically been begging my therapist for help, last time i even told her im not eating enough and that i like being in control (in general) and yet she still didnt bat an eye and told me to wait for next therapy which i think is trauma related. alright 🧍‍♀️guess ill wait
