If you notice, during the part where Lucy rewrites Natsu’s E.N.D. book, they had shown a few soft, private memories of the two of them together, well just to really emphasize that Lucy was willing to sacrifice herself for Natsu, mean while the song lyrics were reaching this part: “...The reason I can smile honestly is because of the time we spent together over and over again...I will gather all the light and shine it on you.” (english translate) Seriously, who directed that part? They would basically be telling me to die on the spot😭😭
