i don’t think i want to see this therapist anymore. she’s so sweet but she told me she binges and purges sometimes and told me about how she was fat in her childhood and called an elephant. and there’s some other things she’s said. but i also feel like im a lost cause so idk

@vzmp1re i’m in college and sometimes they give away free snacks to students so i’ll take it and hide it in the drawer and when i feel like im going to eat it ill give it to my roommates and watch them eat it instead and it’s a cycle 😅

i never understood the whole “snack drawer” ed symptom because if i did that id binge or something idk can someone explain what makes having a snack drawer disordered?
