@Zelle payments are not processing. First time ever. Hope its not long. Chase customer. Been about 15 min. Chase gave an alert which I didn't notice. Chase does not remove the money and didn't show the transaction at all. tried sending $1 as test & then I noticed the alert

@i3Broadband I'm sure the pressure's on your team when the network goes down but have the decency to relieve some of our pressure by letting us know what's going on.

UPDATE 10:45am | The i3 Broadband website has been restored. Our network engineering team is continuing to work on the issue for customers. Some customers may see their service returning to normal.

Service Interruption Alert | Some customers have reported they are experiencing a service interruption. Our network operations team is investigating, and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

@i3Broadband Stuff happens but not posting a status on X for 3 hours, not staff when calling you, and no one to talk to, really only makes it worse. If you don't post there's a problem how do I know it's not on my end and how am I sure that you will post when it's fixed?
