More than 70% of people working in the construction industry do not recognise early signs of mental health issues. With SME workers making up 98% of the industry, access to employee assistance programmes and company mental health support is often limited. We want to help change that. That’s why we’ve been working with @LighthouseClub_ to provide mental health awareness training to our SME members and the supply chain – and we’ve just agreed two additional dates: ➡️Thursday 5 October, 9am to 1pm ➡️Friday 1 December, 1pm to 5pm The sessions are open to whole workforce and will help open the conversation around mental health, by giving a basic understanding of signs and symptoms.
