This term, we have introduced a new, simpler way for the children to remember our school rules. Fairlands Achieves, Includes and Respects - FAIR We have talked about what each word means and Miss Shields has taught us how to sign them using British Sign Language.

Our value for May has been Friendship! We have been thinking about being there for someone in the good times and the bad times.

Our Value for April is... Happiness! Today, in assembly, we talked about being grateful for the things we already have in our lives which make us happy. We talked about how everything is getting more expensive these days, and how we can find and make happiness for free! #values

Today, in our values assembly, we continued looking at our value of Democracy. We listened to the story of 'Grace for President' and talked about standing up for ourselves and what we believe in.

During the month of December, we will be thinking about the value of Democracy and what it means for everyone to have an equal vote. Our school council will be helping us to see democracy in action! #democracy
