@fairviewhfx A Pizza Delight donair is its own thing not part of the Halifax Donair family. That’s a whole other unrelated issue.

I go to Pizza Delight each year for the free birthday lunch in Bayers Lake and get the Super Donair. This year was a disappointment. Normally the Super Donair is made on a fluffy pizza crust. This year it was a thin hard crust. It was difficult to cut and extremly crunchy. It was also incredibly greasy. Never before was it seved like this. The Caesar salad was good but they’ve added a new $1 charge to the free birthday menu for it. My once favorite birthday tradition now has me looking for a new meal to pay full price for that’s actually worth consuming. ☹️

The Annapolis Valley farmers market stand that usually operates on Dutch Village Road will be operating at Centennial Arena on Thursday starting at 9:30 AM. This is due to construction on Dutch Village. #Fairview @HalifaxReTales

In #Fairview farmers market news…the Fairview/Clayton Park market at Centennial Arena opens this Thursday. The Valley fruit and veggie market that operates on Dutch Village will open soon but due to road construction may have rotating locations. Stay tuned! @HalifaxReTales
