I have a question for people who take lax, why do you guys always take so much? Wouldn’t one or two work just as well? I worry a lot that someone might of on them. Also, can lax pills be addictive?

🌟Day 10 of the Fix It Fast diet!🌟 🌯🥟500 calories🥟🌯 Last day of the diet!! Today I had some yummy dumplings (260 calories) and an eggroll (160)!! I also had 3 dum dum lollipops (75 calories) I drank 1 can of diet coke and 2 bottles of water!! I’m honestly really nervous about weighing myself because a couple of days ago, my curiosity got the best of me and when I got on the scale, I had gone up 2 pounds. I’m really really reallyyyyy hoping it was water weight. I also haven’t noticed any differences in my body. And I know that I switched diets halfway through, but I still remained under 500 calories. Sooo idk 😓 #edtwt #ed
