@unsereOEBB Leider ohne Erfolg. Sehr merkwürdig, dass dies mit 3 verschiedenen Nummern aus 2 verschiedenen Ländern passiert. Wie auch immer. Ich habe eine Reservierung für Wagen 161 im Zug NJ 403 (heute Nacht). Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Wagen durch einen Sitzwagen ausgetauscht wurde...

I'm sorry @AppleSupport but this is simply *unacceptable*. I ordered this machine on Nov 8, 2021 with an est. delivery of Dec 23-31, on Dec 22 the est. delivery was changed to Feb 9-16. Now, on Feb. 5 the est. delivery was changed to April 1-7. There is no excuse for this.

@gregor_rot Interesting, haven't heard this opinion very often. Most people seem quite happy with the changes (myself included, although I have yet to see the new laptops up close).

Sad the MacBook Pro 14/16 line is a step backwards in terms of elegance and portability. If you need a very powerful machine, you usually buy a desktop. And who needs all the ports? I am super happy with only USB-C / thunderbolt. Let's hope for a stylish MacBook Air.

Quick question @thomasp85: When making an alluvial plot with ggforce, is there a way to space the Y axis so that both sides reach the same height? In this case, samples and cell types should match the height of clusters. Not only for aesthetics, also because it's the same count.

@spencef @10xGenomics I don’t see any changes in the mapping method (how about using STARsolo?) so I guess it’s still just as slow to map reads as previous versions?

It is not well appreciated, but the truth is that one never really finishes to analyze a dataset. You just decide to stop and move on at some point, leaving some things undiscovered.
