@toyotaireland UK Toyota dealership announces retrofit of Carplay in 2019 Corolla and Rav4. When will Toyota Ireland release the good news to loyal Irish Toyota owners? I've been reliably informed that the retrofit will be generally available throughout Europe from May 😊

@falcon2808 We've been informed by @toyotaireland, retrofitting will be available from P2 this year, which is April. We'll let you know as soon as we have all the details.

@TRMTallaght @toyotaireland A friend in the UK sent me this from Toyota UK on Carplay/Android Auto retrofit. Nice to see Toyota UK are keeping their loyal customers informed - Pity us Irish don't get the same respect from Toyota Ireland! All efforts to get info from Toyota Ireland have been ignored!

@peterknight @ToyotaLongMile Hi - I haven't had any confirmation about retrofit in Ireland. Just from Googling, I see most European countries will be charging for retrofit and with a reduced charge when combined with a service -Indications are that retrofit will be available April/May in other countries.

@falcon2808 @ToyotaLongMile When we picked up our 191 Corolla, the sales guy said the retrofit would be free In Ire to 191 cars. Have they started to charge for the retrofit instead? 🤔
