A 81st minute substitute, it was brilliant to see Corey Blackett-Tyler get on the scoresheet for his first Ram’s goal. He’s had a difficult time with injuries since he joined, but more performances like this will help our attacking capabilities. #dcfc

The mural is a snapshot of moments in time that as a collective encapsulates the origins of Derby County Football Club, our proud City and the surrounding shire. The colours taken from the Derbyshire Cricket Club of Amber, light Blue and Chocolate Brown, this particular shirt was the one worn for the 1888 season, the inauguration of the football league of which we were founder members. In the background the pavilion on the Racecourse our very first ground where football is still played to this day at grass roots level. Steve Bloomer, our record goalscorer and the first football superstar. The very first club badge that was worn on the shirts depicting the buck in the park for the town of Derby, the rams head for the club and the rose and the crown for the county of Derbyshire.
