How does the scale go up eating >1000cal a day I don’t GET IT

Everytime I wanna be a chud and eat I remind myself that I would rather die then be fat in my wedding photos or have to lose even MORE weight

Torn between if he just has no self control and needs fast food or if he likes me getting weaker/more sick so I’m more dependent on him😟😟 maybe that’s my ptsd talking 🤞
