@diorthepurse +++ this has basically become routine for robby and he doesn’t realise how unhealthy it is in the long run (or maybe he does and js doesn’t care enough) but al hashimi is not letting the er run like that while it’s under her

because thats the environment robby has created, that’s how he’s allowing his ER to operate. he lets shit fester for too long and they just explode. she’s also coming in with a fresh set of eyes and seeing how dysfunctional things really are.
