If you post while the recommendation system is bugged, your content won't be pushed out properly to the Shorts feed or your audience's homepages. You will lose that crucial initial momentum, which can completely tank your video's reach and ruin the optimization work you've put into it. Hold onto your drafts and pause any scheduled posts until this is completely resolved. I’ll keep an eye on the thread and let you know when it’s safe to upload again.

With Permission from Cozmo, I am now posting about this. I received a 1 month suspension from Marathon a couple days ago for "deliberately ruining the online experience for others, either by cheating, exploiting a game glitch, or being disruptive" Let me make this clear. I am more than ok with this outcome. I made a mistake and did something fucked up. I'm willing to take this. No questions asked. No complaints given. I have reached out to both Fired and Icy and done what I can do to make amends and properly apologize. It doesn't make up for what I did, but I would say I am now on neutral terms with them for the most part. If ANYONE knows how I can properly reach out to Astro, do please let me know. In the mean time I am compiling a large list of every exploit I know exists or theorize to be possible within the game and handing it over to Bungie. It may not be much, but its my first step in making amends to Bungie. To the greater Marathon community, I apologize for how my actions affected the perception of the game as a whole. I love Marathon a lot and the fact I gave the haters more ammunition isn't something I am proud of. If you would like to hear more regarding this situation and my thoughts, I did an interview with @Geezaws2 that I think accurately depicts them. One of my team mates Ivan (YoItsMcNoodle) is also included in there and I fully agree with a lot of what he said. I will link the article below This will be my last post regarding this situation outside of answering questions people ask. For now, the road to redemption is long. See you on June 11th when I take the first step. (P.S. Yes, I bought twitter premium just for this post. Hi everyone. We’d like to address the recent discussion around the AI video contest, and first of all, we’re sorry for upsetting players with this event. We’re also sorry that we didn’t communicate with everyone clearly enough before the event started. Our original goal was to lower the barrier to creation. In past contests, we saw players with great ideas and scripts who couldn’t fully bring them to life because they weren’t familiar with tools like editing, modeling, or animation software. We hoped AI could be a more accessible tool that lets more people take part. That said, we understand the concerns around AI content. We are not trying to dismiss handmade work or disrespect creators. To us, AI is just another tool. What we truly care about is the idea, the expression, and the final work. We’d like to leave the next step up to the community. Please vote on what we should do: 1. Cancel the AI video contest 2. Change it into a non-AI creation contest 3. Keep the AI category and add a separate handmade category If you have another suggestion outside of these three options, please feel free to share it as well. Thank you.

a) thank you for this update, yesterday was upsetting for a lot of people, but at least you're following up b) 2 would be great for a future contest, as I know a ton of *actual* artists who play & love this game. But probably 1 for now. Cancel it completely & move on, and let it be a lesson learned about how players/creatives/the gaming industry feel about Gen AI.
