Only if you weren't the party faulted. Law considers the defending party to be the party under said jurisdictional law. That's how you could spot the holes in the lies made by Vtubing Explained given my case had me listed as the defendant, not him. It's similar to how I won the restraining order for the online harassment against Jchamberlain in the United Kingdoms. See, cyber law doesn't factor your jurisdiction if you're the assailant, only the defender. And, since I did nothing against the law to you, as I have you blocked on multiple platforms, there have been multiple instances of DMCA's being legally filed against you for violating my rights and cyber harassing me, and now on top of that you have committed a felony by doxxing me, something you've also done on your social media by posting my legal name, phone number, email, and address, multiple times under the presumption of: post resolved cases - which is also classified as doxxing - then you have no right to claim a state jurisdictional thing. Because I'm the victim, all rights to sue made by me would be made in my own jurisdictional court system. Never in anyone else's. Like I said, there's a reason nobody believed Flip's liar in Ohio if they had any shred of common sense. So, in this instance once I am provided the subpoena information and the police have finalized my citizen's arrest report against you for pressing charges - charges would be filed against you in my jurisdiction as the victim. The police would then take said filing to the local court and file what is called an Emergency Temporary Restraining Order, that you would then be served by your own local police or a process server. If you did not comply you could be arrested or a warrant issued for your arrest under what's called a "FTA or non-compliance." I would then hold court in my jurisdiction where you would have to appear via phone or in-person depending on the jurisdiction, and if you could not appear, your statement would not be heard and a default judgement in my favor would be issued against you. Additionally, anytime you interact on Twitter, or Twitch, you immediately default into California jurisdiction. These platforms are owned and operated out of California cities which means that the law used on them is from the state I live in, not yours. That is exactly what Twitter says to in regards to legal disputes made. You never use your own when you attack me. And I have more than enough evidence from just you cyber harassing me on discord, Twitter, and Twitch alone to put you away for a very long time. Or, at the very least, afford you a very heft fine. (If you're above 26, even if you don't have a job, it would be you. If not your parent's could fit the bill if they still legally claim you as a dependant on their taxes.) Now, would I sue you? The ironic joke being: You claim that you're a casual or that the game is for casuals, therefore, there should be no complex mechanics, no aiming, nothing but turrets, and automatic weapons that are all classified as medium pen with enemies that can be mowed down with gatling guns and sentries from the front without needing to aim - and that's what you think the casual experience is, correct? Have you considered the fact that there are 10 difficulties in the game? If you want the casual experience, then I would recommend staying to difficulty 3 and below where most harder or enemies with armor do not spawn. Additionally, the game itself does provide you this tip: "Remember that armored enemies require heavy weapons. Bring the appropriate equipment for your selected difficulty." This is in the game itself. The game tells you that if you are bringing 2 medium pen turrets, and a maxi-gun(pad,) then you're going to not have a good time if you're playing above difficulty 3 or 4. This isn't AH being mean to the "casuals" this is how the game was designed even as far back as Helldivers 1. The higher up you go in difficulty, the more complex loadouts you had to build craft and make to tackle the enemies as you went up. Enemies don't increase in difficulty as you go up, they increase in number and variety. You are supposed to (as the game intends for you to do,) learn to aim for weakpoints to minimize ammo spent, bring the right equipment to tackle all of the enemies yourself or with a teammate you know who can cover your weaknesses, and be good yourself, but also able to work in your desired ROLE on the team. You guys don't want that. You want a power fantasy where no matter what you bring, it works regardless of how bad you aim, how many shots you miss, etc. You want the Space Marine 2 treatment, in not Space Marine 2. This isn't glaze diving with me saying that either. I'm just stating the fact that all of you are objectively whine divers who are attacking anyone and everyone, AH included, for objectively making an enemy easier to kill if you learned to aim your weapons properly. Instead, you are blaming anyone who says otherwise, and attacking AH until they made it easier, except, surprise, it's medium pen, now with more health for you too. So, like I said, better be happy with this change, never lose MOs, and never complain about it now that you cried to the devs to do something like this. Otherwise...you all (as the vocal minority you are,) would look really, REALLY, detarded. (More than you already do.) You can be a casual at a PVE game and play well. There's nothing that says that casuals have to be bad players. But, to insist that you are a casual as an excuse for being bad at the game or not wanting to learn mechanics? No, that's hiding behind a word when in reality you're just a spoiled, entitled, brat who isn't good at a hobby. It's ok to be bad, like I said, there are 10 difficulties for a reason. Play where you can handle it, but don't throw tantrums or attack people because you can't.

Attention, Helldivers. A hotfix is planned for Wednesday, May 6. This will revert the Hive Guard and fix an issue introduced in Patch 6.2.1 where armor values were incorrectly swapped between the Legs and Claws. Updated Hive Guard stats: Main Body - Armor increased from 1 → 2 - Health increased from 375 → 500 Head - Armor decreased from 4 → 3 Front Legs - Armor increased from 2 → 3 Claws - Armor decreased from 3 → 1 We are reviewing player feedback, including durability damage, so next week we will also address some of these questions and others which our founder has received in various forums.
