***ROUND 1 - BCW WRESTLER OF THE YEAR*** The first of four Round 1 Matches features: SAM YANNIS YANNIS' year started off by losing the BCW Tag Team Championships, before bouncing back with a BCW Battle Express No.1 Contenders Scramble Match victory against AEW Star, Aaron Solo, Robbie Thorpe, Ryan Rapid, Barry Lucky O'Leary and This Guy. An attempt to regain the BCW Tag Team Championships followed until BCW 65: Best In Battle 2 Finals where YANNIS defeated his tag team partner Levi Nixon for the BCW Battle Express Championship. The reign was short lived due to Nixon, however at BCW 67 YANNIS closed his year out defeating his now former partner in an Unsanctioned Match. SAM YANNIS is a candidate for BCW Wrestler of the Year. VS FAMOUS B FAMOUS B entered 2025 with a chip on his shoulder which led to him defeating six other combatants to become the BCW Battle Jumble Winner. Thereafter FAMOUS B challenged Gore for the BCW Heavyweight Championship, which he eventually captured at BCW 64: Best In Battle 2 Opening Round in a Steel Cage Match. The following night in celebration, FAMOUS defeated Jordie Sparkles. Thereafter a monstrous tag team victory followed, and then a title retention (not victory) at BCW 67 to close out the year.
