@famousfivepod I’ve just listened to ‘Five go off to camp’. With this book I got the impression that Julian&Dick were showing off for Jock. Behaving differently 2try & impress him &also ‘cos they are a bit older maybe being affected by peer pressure to not be as pally with girls?
