The SGA foul baiting discourse has proven thay 95% of nba fans dont know the cylinder rule, because if you did, it wouldnt even be a discussion. Thats the major difference between 2000s offense, shots after contact vs initiating contact.

Kobe gets the guy in the air and draws a foul with a natural shooting motion SGA will jump sideways into a stationary guy Thats the difference

@24Dparks @grizzgoatsports And this is why you’re tweeting and he was winning championships. If a man can learn and find value from sharks why not? He never said it was necessary or for you to do it.

Kobe was my idol pretty much all my life and I love the guy, favorite player ever but the older I get the more some of these stories just seem like total and utter performative nonsense lmao
Legion Hoops@LegionHoops

Victor Wembanyama’s agent met with Rob Pelinka last summer to learn how Kobe Bryant mentally prepared himself, per @ramonashelburne. “One summer Bryant had become obsessed with studying how great white sharks hunt and attack their prey. So it became Pelinka's job to find him the best place in the world to do that -- which is apparently Guadalupe, an island 150 miles off the coast of Baja, Mexico, where you can go cage diving in the crystal-clear waters. Bryant would later write in The Players' Tribune in 2017 that his study of great whites helped him defend Allen Iverson.”

Okc getting a sympathy ref game was the most obvious thing to happen. They couldn’t let spurs go up 2-0 before going back home, that’d be terrible for ratings. Need 7 games for ads.

@Rome_Beast he’s cut from the same cloth as the goats. there’s levels to it that are above simply being an mvp he straight up refused to lose and hit a gear only very few have

Last time I felt that confident that a player would not let their team lose was prime LeBron and Kobe. Wemby is cut from the same elite cloth. There’s levels to it.

@Broomstikus @tstrstrdlcscncr @smashdirt It has a set definition and I said it’s a common consensus amongst the fields of consciousness not common overall. Discussion isn’t a competition. Eastern philosophy has been defining it for hundreds of years and now meta & quantum physics is reaching similar conclusions

@fan_washed @tstrstrdlcscncr @smashdirt Panpsychism (with a p) isn’t a « common consensus » at all, I don’t know what you’re talking about - it is one theory among many. And if the greatest neuroscientists studying consciousness can’t define it, surely you can’t either

@Broomstikus @tstrstrdlcscncr @smashdirt a common consenscus is consciousness isn’t something that is or isn’t there, it’s fundamental to reality (Pansychism) what we explain as a soul is really just complexity of emotion, it would be similar to a plant playing doom but this has scarier implications ofc

@tstrstrdlcscncr @smashdirt What I meant is that we don’t know what consciousness is, so how could we know about a threshold of neurons needed for consciousness to be?

@kxreeda existence in of itself is subjective this is saying a whole lot of nothing and a whole lot of surface level jargon the whole point of analysis and sharing it, is to find something objective or else you’re just saying an opinion

I like to believe artistic insanity is real. It’s a certain level of rage or crazy you have to be to possess such a brilliant mind. Genius people always have wacko energy. Like something’s odd about you but it works
