Perfect Crown itu drama yg sangat amat diantisipasi, dr awal pengumuman lead udh narik bnyk prhatian krn 2 main leadnya emng gacor, BWS lg naik daun, IU ya emng ga diragukan klu milih script based on filmographynya. Jadi saat ada celah, haters punya ksempatan. BUT I LOVE PC

“roundly criticising an entire work over a few errors in historical verification is also an attitude that should be avoided.”

[Feature] #ByeonWooSeok, IU, Gong Seungyeon: A society forcing unjust collective responsibility #PerfectCrown #21세기대군부인 #변우석 Mistakes on set and failures in historical verification are entirely the responsibility of the production team and the writers. However, a contradiction is occurring where the harshest price resulting from this is borne by the actors who silently did their part behind the scenes. While Perfect Crown is facing criticism over historical inaccuracies after its conclusion, the lead actors are taking the full brunt of the aftermath. On the May 20 broadcast of You Quiz on the Block, Gong Seungyeon’s screen time was cut by about 10 minutes, and the drama's title vanished without a trace. A place that should have celebrated the peak of her career, which arrived after a long wait, was instead stained by hasty editing to erase the controversy. The role of Queen Dowager Yoon, played by Gong Seungyeon in the drama, was a hidden protagonist that raised the immersion level of the show. For an actor who finally made a clear impression on the public 15 years after her debut, this project must hold meaning beyond just a simple appearance. However, Gong Seungyeon was depicted as being unable to utter the project's name with her own mouth on You Quiz, and the captions for Perfect Crown also went missing. It is a regrettable matter. It appears that the excessive forcing of collective responsibility onto the actors acted as a burden for the You Quiz production team. For creators of popular culture content dealing with history, "historical verification" is an absolute priority value. The fatal error that occurred in the coronation scene featured in episode 11 is a mistake by the production team, not the fault of the actors. While an actor can voice an opinion on the script or directing, they cannot censor it. This means it is not an area they are responsible for. An actor who receives a script and acts in front of the camera cannot be the subject of responsibility for historical distortion or verification errors. Actors have neither the authority to control loopholes in the production environment nor the duty to inspect the final edited version. Incorrect historical verification must be corrected, and the complacency of the production team must be criticised. Viewers' criticism should be directed entirely at the creators — the writers, directors, and production team. The production team of Perfect Crown only conveyed their statement belatedly, after the lead actor IU shed tears blaming herself, and Byeon Wooseok bowed his head in apology twice at official public appearances. In the aftermath, follow-up cleanups are continuing, such as muting the audio of the problematic scene on OTT platforms, but the response of those who actually need to take responsibility came one step too late. Now, we must refrain from chain-reaction condemnations that even tear down the stone towers built up by actors due to flaws in a project. Roundly criticising an entire work over a few errors in historical verification is also an attitude that should be avoided. A deep sense of regret remains for the situation of the actors of Perfect Crown, who have been overshadowed by the mistakes of the production team. Source: m.entertain.naver.com/home/article/4… — MBC gets to milk their ratings and ad revenues by scheduling reruns this week but the actors can’t even speak about their own work. What kind of world do we live in?
