How to fix the @ChicagoBears this offseason: 1. Hire Ben Johnson as HC 2. Switch back to black cleats as the primary shoe color 3. Hire Robert Saleh as DC 4. White pants on the road 5. Hire Mike Kafka as OC/QB Coach 6. Ditch the orange helmet and add a white helmet #DaBears
