It’s understandable that there’s no clear ending because the entire concept of the backrooms is abstract and unknown, but I think a lot could have been done better. I think even an addition of more found footage throughout the movie could have enhanced the entire experience

I was at the 7PM showing of Backrooms at the Downtown Brooklyn Alamo Drafthouse. Theatre 7. The girl sitting in Row 2 seat 21 took off both her shoes and her socks and had her bare feet on the seats. I think she thought no one noticed in the dark but i did and i was disgusted
